NEW TESTAMENT

 
 

The New Testament consist of twenty-seven separate works written by members of the early Christian community, that describe the life and message of Jesus of Nazareth and his followers. The term New Testament is derived from the Latin Novum Testamentum and was introduced by Quintus Septimius Florens Tertullianus, a Carthaginian lawyer and Christian convert, who was born in 160 AD.
